to get started….

Landscape suggests the following when requesting a proposal for snow removal
services.
When you call us for an estimate, please be prepared to provide
information on your site specifications. We will also visit your site to confirm
specifications to provide a bid estimate.
Specifications
to be considered:
- Define
snow clearing area(s) example, entrances, roadways, parking lots, visitor's
parking, individual driveways, walkways (common only or all), etc.
- Indicate
if the site requires salting and sanding to be included in the quotation
or if it is done by the property owner(s) or condo residents. Perhaps indicate
if you would require the service on a call basis only at a cost per call
or ton.
- Indicate
if salt boxes need to be provided and/or maintained by the contractor for
the duration of the contract.
- Advise
if there is allowance for snow to be stored on site for the season or if
removal from site is required. If there is ample room on site to stockpile,
Gargiulo Landscaping can provide a quote for removal on call basis at a
cost per load.
Customarily
included in our proposal is proof of liability insurance and updated certificate
of insurance. If additional information is required such as references or
a complete list of our equipment that might be used at your property, these
can be included as well at your request.
